Rain outs\Bad Weather Practice Cancellation Policy
- We will not practice if it’s raining for the athletes safety
- We will not practice if there is any lightning in the area. We check weather apps for this.
- We will not practice if there is a HEAT ADVISORY with a heat index over 103 F which is considered DANGEROUS
- If it starts to rain at practice or there is lightning after practice starts, we will shut practice down and we would like to ask that you come back ASAP and pick up your athlete.
- Most track meets will go if there is light rain but will be suspended if there is lightning
- Cancellations will be put on Facebook, Instagram, and twitter first as we can do that from our phones. We will follow that up with an email notification soon after. Please watch for the emails. If you don’t receive a notification of cancellations the meet or practice is on. Cancellations notification will go out at 4 pm.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AT THE END OF THE FORM TO COMPLETE YOUR SIGN-UP. YOU CAN PAY VIA CREDIT CARD OR USE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. LIMIT OF 150 athletes for the program. If you have a problem signing up or paying please email badgertrackclub@gmail.com so we can help.
If you want to participate but have a financial limitation and cannot afford the program email badgertrackclub@gmail.com before the entries are filled. Coach Scott will respond back to you to verify your situation and work with you on possible sponsorship.

July 10,12,17,19,24,26(Last day of practice is Kids vs Parents Track Meet)
No Practices on the following days:
Week of 4th of July/July 3rd, 5th
COST: $195.00

The cost covers all practices, and a Badger Track Club tech shirt. If you are a sponsorship athlete we will work with you to cover as much as we can.

NOTE These are all comer meets so you can enter even if you are not part of our club this summer.

There will be a cost of 10-15 dollars for each meet and there will be a max of 3-4 events they can compete in. You will need an account on milesplit.com to sign your athlete up. That information will go out via email and be communicated on Social Media.

| Wisconsin Association USATF will host the 2023 Outdoor Track & Field Championships June 16 through 18 at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The meet schedule includes Combined Events and Hammer Throw on Friday June 16, Junior Olympics on Saturday, June 17, and Racewalk and Open, Masters and Para on Sunday, June 18. 2023 USATF JO Region 8 Track and Field Championship Meet
This summer the Wisconsin Association will also host the Region 8 Junior Olympics meet July 13-16 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This gives our Youth athletes a great opportunity to participate in home state meets this year.

Must Qualify out of the Midwest Regional 8 Meet in La Crosse to compete at this event
