BADGER TRACK CLUB Winter Track Sprints Techniques Program

This program is good for all sprinters as well as athletes coming from other sports Sprinting is at the core of all sports and something as simple as the first step can separate the great athletes from the good ones!
Here is your WAIVER that you must print out, sign and bring to practice the first day of the program or you CANNOT practice without having this on file.

PRACTICE CANCELLATION POLICY: If the weather is bad enough that it’s not safe to drive to practice, a note will go out by 8 am the morning of via email and social media, please follow us below.
REFUND POLICY: 10 days from the start of the program or injury to the athlete before the start of the program.

Sunday, February 8, 2026. Packet Pick-up opens at 8:00 A.M. and continues throughout the day. Please take a look at the order of events for the meet schedule. Track Meet must be done by 4:00 P.M.
Age Divisions:
8-Under Division (born 2018 or later),
9-10 Division (born 2016 or 2017),
11-12 Division (born 2014 or 2015),
13-14 Division (born 2012 or 2013),
15-16 Division (born 2010 or 2011),
17-18 Division (born 2008 or 2009),
Open – (ages 19 to 24),
Masters – (ages 25 and up in 5-year divisions).
Athletes born in 2005 who are still in high school compete in the 17-18 division.
Youth age divisions are determined by calendar year of birth and Open and Masters by age on date of the meet

-USATF indoor meet in Kenosha (Meet Date T.B.D. usually the last Saturday in February) Additional cost to run in this meet is USATF Membership annual fee of $30 (Can be used for summer track and fall cross country racing) and $15 entry fee to race. THIS IS MEET IS OPTIONAL, but the program is built to prepare you for it. Meet is usually the first Sunday in February.
